World Thinking Day is celebrated by Girl Scouts and Girl Guides all over the world since 1926, and is a day for us to think of one another, and celebrate our sisters across the world. While typically celebrate on February 22nd each year, we encourage all Girl Scouts to celebrate World Thinking Day every day by learning the confidence to speak up for others, getting to know other cultures, and by standing alongside other Girl Scouts and Girl Guides to make a difference around the world.
The theme for World Thinking Day this year is “Our Story: Reflecting on the symbolism and values of our Movement.” Through this podcast episode, you can learn about activities Girl Scouts of all ages can participate in to celebrate and learn about other cultures, how to explore meaningful issues in our communities, and how we can commit to a better future.
